Matt Frank
I grew up in California, MO and graduated from California High
School in 1999. I attended Lincoln University where I completed
one year as a
Health and Physical Education major before moving to
Columbia in 2001. I have a strong interest in physical fitness and
overall health.
I enjoy playing basketball, softball and volleyball. After tearing
both of my ACLs (2002 and 2003) from playing basketball and going
though physical therapy, I realized how thankful I was to be in
shape. I was able to rehab and get back to playing ball in three
months. That kind of rehab usually takes 4-6 months on average. I
am currently studying to become an American Council on Exercise
certified Personal Trainer thanks to inspiration from physical
therapy. If there is anything I can do to help you reach your
fitness goals, please call.
