My interest in massage therapy started as a child. My grandmother's hands were arthritic and painful, massaging them helped to ease her pain and increase her range of motion. In 2006 massage entered my life again as I was dealing with reoccurring neck and back pain. That year I was also exploring options for a new career and massage therapy was more intriguing than ever. I started Metro Business College May 2006 and graduated in March 2007.  I have been practicing massage ever since. I joined the team at One on One in June of 2010.

Massage has since been the most rewarding occupation I have ever held. I love to do deep tissue, sports massage, prenatal massage, and have taken classes in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques. I have a strong base in Swedish massage and have taken Reiki I, which allows me to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Helping people shed pain, increase their range of motion and flexibility, and improve circulation are just a few of the benefits that the gift of massage helps me to pass along to my clients. 

I currently hold a profession license in the State of Missouri, I am Certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and I am professionally insured through AMBP, Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals.

I plan to continue my career in Massage Therapy for a long time, further developing my skills as I go.
