I grew up in Linn, MO and then moved to St. James. I played basketball, volleyball, track and field, and ran cross country in high school. I then went to Fontbonne University in St. Louis for a year and a half to play basketball. I moved to Columbia and went to Mizzou and graduated with a BS in Nutrition and Fitness. I have a certification as a Health & Fitness Instruction. I also work as a childcare worker for Boys & Girls Town. I have a strong interest in Nutrition and Fitness and have been active my whole life.
