Personal Fitness Trainer
I was born in North Carolina and much of my family
still lives there. Even though my family moved around, I grew up
living mostly in St. Louis. There I began swimming, diving,
gymnastics and tennis. In the 9th grade I started to concentrate
on diving and continued diving throughout college at the
University of Missouri. I was a 3 time finalist at the Big
Eight Championships and co-captain my senior year. I graduated in
1990 with a degree in Psychology and Business Management and in
1992 I married my college sweetheart.
After college I worked in retail management and
sales until I had my first child, Alec, in 1997. I have helped
athletes of all ages; first as a diving coach, then as a swim
instructor and coach, finally becoming a water aerobics instructor
in 1998. I had my second child, Ellie, in 2000. I continue to teach
water aerobics and now coach my clients in their pursuit of a healthier
lifestyle. I would love to help anyone who is interested in taking
their workouts into the water.
