Mac Rouse
Licensed Massage Therapist
Mac Rouse graduated
from the Massage Therapy Institute of Missouri in December 2004
and became nationally certified in April 2005 as a licensed
massage therapist. He is a member of the Missouri Sports
Massage Team. In addition to his work at One On One Personal
Training, Mac maintains a private office and also does contract
work for WELLAWARE and Palliative Care, both at Boone Hospital
Center.
Mac's personal
training involves yoga, bicycling and resistance work. He likes
to work with athletes as well as clients seeking relief from
pain and/or relaxation.
Mac's hobbies
include movie watching, transplanting trees and welding.
