Licensed Massage Therapist
Personal Trainer
"I started massaging friends and family
nonprofessionally when I was 18. It was something that came
naturally to me. In 1998 I had a notion to become a massage
therapist. After working construction jobs for years, I was tired
of hurting all the time .
Finally in 2002 I left the construction field, to go back to
school. I went to Metro Business College in Jefferson City in
September of 2002. I graduated in 2003 and have been doing massage
since. I joined One On One Personal Training. I am currently
studying to become a Personal Trainer through American Council on
Exercise. I enjoy working with a diverse group of clients,
watching them grow and reach their own personal fitness goals. My
long term goal is to incorporate massage therapy and personal
fitness into addiction recovery, to treat the whole person, not
just the symptoms. I currently practice swedish, deep tissue /
sports massage, and hot stone with a strong interest in aroma
therapy and reiki. My hobbies include cooking, camping, fishing,
reading and spending quality time with friends and family."
