Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing has grown in popularity since the 90’s.  Since then trained kickboxers have started teaching one on one with focus mitts to not only give the client the ultimate cardio and weight loss workout, but in teaching actual hard-hitting skills it becomes a lesson in self-defense as well.  Not all cardio kickboxing classes teach realistic self-defense, but a trained fighter or coach can easily bridge that gap.   

By not resisting rape, women may be putting themselves at greater risk.

Having choices and defense skills may also be critical in the aftermath. Statistically, The women who fought to the best of their abilities were not only more likely to be successful in thwarting the rape attempt, but less likely to suffer severe distress symptoms.
